Bio

I founded Pam Daniel Consulting to use my 20+ years of professional experience combined with my own lived experience to make a difference to others, support diverse staff with advice, based on expertise and often their lived experience of barriers to inclusion.
I’ve overcome many challenges in my life to get to where I am today. My professional background is in health inequalities, and I’m a huge advocate for volunteering. I’ve had to forge my own way in life.
Having experienced many inequalities first hand, I’ve gone on to work in some of the most challenging communities, bringing my lived experience and authenticity with me.
I had an unconventional start to adulthood, having ran away from home at 18. I always felt lesser than others. After spending 18 years in France, I restarted my life from scratch in 2009 with two young children.
Driven by a desire to help others overcome injustices. In 2022, I was honoured to be nominated by others for a lifetime achievement award at the Sheffield Community Awards.
I’ve gone on to become the Chair of Sheffield Poverty Truth Commission, an organisation tackling poverty and striving for long-term change for the most vulnerable. I’ve also worked an Equality and Engagement Lead, influencing change around race equality.
I’m known as the ultimate networker—the go-to person for connections, particularly in the voluntary sector.
I am a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor.
I have a particular passion for inspiring future leaders from disadvantaged backgrounds. Currently, I’m working on an Emerging Leaders Program, mentoring 12 incredible individuals who demonstrate amazing ability and understanding of the needs of their diverse communities.
I simply want to inspire others across the world to reach their full potential.
