Pam Daniel is an award-winning motivational speaker, transformational leadership coach, and inclusion strategist with over 20 years of professional and lived experience. As the founder of Pam Daniel Consulting, she leverages her extensive background in health inequalities and diversity advocacy to empower individuals and organisations to overcome barriers and unlock their full potential.
Pam’s inspiring journey – from overcoming early life challenges and forging her own path after an unconventional start, to rebuilding her life in 2009 with two young children – serves as a powerful testament to resilience and determination. Her hands-on experience working in some of the most challenging communities infuses her keynote presentations and workshops with authenticity and real-world insight.
Recognised for her impactful contributions, Pam was nominated for a lifetime achievement award at the Sheffield Community Awards in 2022 and currently serves as Chair of the Sheffield Poverty Truth Commission, driving long-term change for the vulnerable. As a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor, she has also excelled as an Equality and Engagement Lead, influencing race equality initiatives and fostering connections across the voluntary sector.
Pam is passionate about inspiring future leaders from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through her Emerging Leaders Program, she mentors promising individuals who demonstrate exceptional ability and a deep commitment to community transformation. Her mission is simple: to inspire others worldwide to reach their full potential and create lasting, positive change.
